Personality:
Ken is an adventurous little scamp. He longs to see the
world, by means of water pokemon. Friendly, though easily
scarred, Ken has very strong opinions about issues,
admittedly, he knows rather little about. Always skeptic,
yet eager to learn, he has honed his old soul, while keeping
his youth despite coming of age.
Description:
A scrawny young thing, with chewed fingernails and
calloused hands and feet, Ken is yet too juvenile to be
described as handsome or ugly. A rounded nose centers
his tan face and sits atop a crooked smile between his
cheerful sea-green eyes.
Clothes:
Typical of an individual with a farmer’s tan, Ken can
usually be found wearing a light tee and full-length jeans.
Generally, the young lad is accessorized by his blue cap,
yellow reed-woven knapsack, green scarf if it's chilly, and
his fishing rod. He wears his red and white rubber boots
up beneath his jeans.

History:
Originally from Cinnabar Island, Ken is too young
to remember the traumatic volcano eruption which
caused his family to scatter across the globe. His
parents took up home in Lacturn where Ken has spent
all of his childhood. Although not exactly a dream
of the boy’s, Ken would love to meet his estranged
cousins said to be living in the Orange Archipelago,
and even as far as the Sinnoh region. To travel to
these far-away destinations Ken has observed one
must fly, boat or surf; also influenced by his father’s
occupation as a fisherman, Ken has gathered high
respects for water pokemon, and hopes to encounter
many on his travels as a trainer.
Likes:
Water pokemon, fishing, swimming, rain.
Dislikes:
Heights, bug pokemon, raw vegetables.
Other:
By tradition, Ken will not name his pokemon,
as his family trusts that pokemon must have their
own names for each other, and it would be rude
to inflict another upon them.
