Although it may not seem it, it is quite high and hard to get to. You cannot travel there by car as it is too steap - the only way is to walk. However, if you have a pokemon, it may be easier to get there. But since all of the characters here are just starting off, Im sorry...but you must walk.

It explains about all the starter pokemon that are currently in stock. You will find them running about in the lareg oen at the back of the building. Overall, this castle-like figure looks somewhat old but very firm. Not as if it would collapse at any second. The inside rooms are extremely big and host alot of paper work upon many desks that are there. It doesn't look....messy, ...
